2017 POOL RULES
THE POOL IS OPEN FOR USE DAILY 9:00AM – 10:00PM [ UNLESS NOTED]
· The Pool is Private Property and Restricted for EllsworthAssociation use
The pool is restricted for the use ofEllsworth Association Members, IN GOOD STANDING, their approved tenants &/or guests.
Each member family, in good standing, may have 1 guest or guest family per day.Guest should not exceed 6 persons. Guests of more than 6 persons will be considered a PARTY which will require approval before the party date.
Requests for approval of a party, within the pool area, should be made through AMG { the current management company }
· Children under the age of 16 , within the pool area, MUST be ACCOMPANIEDand SUPERVISED by a Parent, Guardian or a designated responsible ADULT
Georgia definition of an ADULT is aperson 16 years old or older.
· NO GLASS OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE POOL AREA
No glass of any kind {bottles, cups or glasses or containers}.
· ALL food and beverages inside the pool area MUST be inNON_BREAKABLE containers
No food or beverages may be consumed within 4 Feet of the pool edge. All trash must be removed from pool area and properly discarded.
· NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
The Homeowners Association and the Management Company will NOT be RESPONSIBLE for an Owner’s or Guest’s { Safety, Injuries or Property Loss }. Use the facilities at your own risk.
· Proper Identification for proof of {RESIDENCE, AGE or GOODSTANDING is required
Proof of residence or age will be a valid state driver’s license, valid state or federal identification or other current valid documents such as tax receipts.
Proof of GOOD STANDING will be the current facilities key and attached pool tag. This pool tag must be visible and or displayed if requested by any Ellsworth Resident or Appointees.
Documents, such as receipts for payment of dues or letters from the management company { American Management Group - AMG } stating that all financials are current, may also be used as proof of good standing.
· NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE POOL or POOL AREA AT ANYTIME
This includes pets of any kind. Allanimals must be on proper restraints and remain OUTSIDE of the pool area.
· ALL POOL USERS { members, guests and children} are expected to conduct themselves in a SAFE and RESPONABLE manner AT ALL TIMES RESPECTFUL of other users.
Running, pushing, shoving, diving, spitting and disruptive horse play are not permitted in the pool area AT ANY TIME.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their children and guests.
ANYONE DISREGARDING POOL RULES or ACTING IN A MANNER DETERMINED DISRUPTIVE, INAPPROPRIATE or DISRESPECTFUL OF OTHERS may be asked to “ stop “, warning that such behaving will not be tolerated.
Failure to correct this behavior after this request to stop, the person or person(s) may be asked to leave the pool area immediately.
WARNINGS and REQUESTS to leave may be made by ANY ELLSWORTH MEMBER or RENTER or GUEST in good standing.
NOTE - ANY INCIDENT or VIOLATION OF POOL RULES WARNINGS and/ or REQUESTSto leave should be documented as soon as possible by Phone or electronic communication or in writing within 24 hours, to AMG, for review and potential action by the Ellsworth Home Owners Association Board of Directors.
· ANY REPORTED INCIDENT, VIOLATION OF POOL RULES, WARNINGS and/ or REQUESTS to LEAVE the pool, that is REVIEWEDBY THE BOARD MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL ACTIONS toward violators.
Such actions mayinclude limiting or suspending pool privileges of the members, renters or guests for some period of time { to be determined by the Board}.
These rules are a combination of County & Ellsworth regulations and are available on the Ellsworth Homeowners Web site
RECEIPT OF YOUR FACILATIES KEY AND USE OF THE POOL CONSTITUES ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW ALL RULES FOR COMMUNITY AMENITIES.
